Hello ABC,

I hope you’re doing well. I am writing regarding my watch that I lost during our Toronto visit. It was a birthday gift from my grandmother, so it is very precious to my As it carries a lot of memories and emotions.

I remember When we were checking out at the Airport, the security officer asked us to place everything in cart for screening. I think I may have forgotten to put it on during that time. Do you remember something about it?

I tried to call at the information desk, but they said I have to contact lost-and-found department. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from that department. I remember you told me that one of your friend works at the airport. Could you please contact her regarding this matter if she can assist us in any way.
