The one challenging technological problem I faced happened about a week ago when I was using my laptop at home to do my homework. The problem was quite strange. Sometimes an application like Google Chrome or Zalo would suddenly freeze and I could still move the mouse, switch to other windows, and even close the frozen screen but I couldn't click or type anything inside that application. At first I thought it was just a temporary bug but it kept happening again and again which became really frustrating because I often study and do research on my computer. To solve it, I first searched for possible solutions online and read a few discussions. Then I tried updating Windows, checking for software updates, and closing unnecessary background applications. I also restarted my laptop whenever the problem appeared. After updating a few drivers and removing some unnecessary startup programs, the freezing happened much less often. Although I still don't know the exact cause, my laptop is much more stable now.
