For me personally, I work in the IT field. Now I lead a project. So I solve my junior team's problems. For example, she creates... she completes the task. And then I revealed that I found some problems, for example, the business kit is not consistent in the work. So I revealed and gave her feedback. And I not only revealed, I also taught her about how to think, like how to define a business case and how to list out the details in the worksheet. And for next time, I told her you should think with the positive and negative case before submitting to me.
