The map depicts the initial layout of a science park in 2008 and the changes that have been made until today.
Overall, it can be seen that there were quite some changes and enhancements to the science park. Consequently, new buildings were constructed and the mobility offers were improved.
The science park is connected to a road network and to a railway. Compared to the intial layout in 2008, a railway station was constructed in the south and new cycle paths were built adjacent to the roads that connect the single buildings of the science campus.
In the north-east, in the former building, in which the offices and the reception were located, the reception was replaced with an university hub. The reception office was totally removed. The cybersecurity building in the south-east was enlarged and due to that fact, the car park, which is located in the center of the map, had to be reduced in size. Moreover, the former IT centre near the cyber security office was turned into an innovation office. Ultimately, a new research and development buidling was constructed on the grassland in the north-west.
