To be honest, I prefer making pho because it's one of my favorite foods, and I love it. It's also one of the famous traditional dishes in Vietnam, and many people want to try it. First of all, I start with pho by preparing numerous ingredients such as rice noodles, chicken, and beef, and it's also a blend of flavors. I achieve this by simmering bones and combining them with numerous spices like star anise, cinnamon, and cloves. It's used in a hearty broth, and there are a lot of steps to make it perfect, which attracts many overseas visitors who want to enjoy it. I also want to share a piece of my culture with them, and as you know, many celebrities also know about it and want to try it around the world. It's a symbol of popularity globally, and my favorite version is inspired by Blackpink. I love it, and that's the reason I enjoy making it.
