Thank you. So a memorable teacher from my life is Mr. Michael, who I met in my elementary school. When I was in 10th grade, we had a new teacher. His name was Michael, and he was a teacher of math. Before this class, I used to hate math. The concepts were so abstract, and some of the proofs were just dependent on memorization. I was always thinking, why should we memorize? However, when Michael came and taught math, I fell in love with it, which ultimately helped me pursue a career in engineering. I think my current role as an engineer is largely dependent on the love of math that was generated from this teacher's class. The reason I fell in love with math was because of him. Prior to this grade, all the math concepts seemed so abstract, and I thought that math was all about memorizing. But when he arrived, he taught us using visualizations. The abstract concepts of math were made so easy for me. He always tried to help the weak students as well as the outperforming students who did not have a strong background in math. He took special care of them and always loved to take feedback from his students. Whatever topic he was teaching, he would ask if it was difficult for the students or if it was already known to them. If it was particularly difficult, he took extra measures to help us understand that concept. Additionally, I would like to say that he inspired me by giving insights into the life stories of different mathematicians like Ramanujan and how he developed different theories and connected different areas of math. The weak students always took extra classes in his class.
