Definitely, the way it works today has a great influence on it. Most people have office jobs, so they are just sitting all day and don't get to exercise at all. It's even worse if they are working from home because they just get up from their beds and sit down at their desks. I think this contributes to it. But I also believe that it's because of the amount of time they spend on social media.
