Overall, it is clear that the meeting numbers rose for City C, whereas the opposite was true for the other cities. The figures for City A were relatively the highest of all until 2005, after which it was replaced by City C.
To begin with, the number of conferences dropped dramatically from 35 to around 20 over the first ten years, after which it increased by 10 meetings over the next period observed. Later, the numbers fluctuated and declined to about 20 meetings by 2010. In City B, the numbers began falling at just above 30 meetings. Furthermore, they hovered between 25 and 30 meetings throughout the measured years and ended at 25 meetings in 2010.
Regarding the figures for City C, the numbers of conferences skyrocketed nearly to 27 meetings in 1995, however they witnessed a slight fall before increasing to just below 30 meetings in 2010.
