Second, they over had the policy of recruiting talents and create a sports scholarship for young talent and create a job opportunity for Vinh Nhi to graduate. Third, they becoming a sports scholarship for many programs support the character programs. So they can promote the cooperation name for people in Vietnam and become more popular. Moreover, they are only responsible for environmental protection and social responsibility. They have a lot of projects to protect the environment such as Vinh Car and so on. And finally, linking with foreign partners, they have a strengthened revenue resources and equipment for the company. In my opinion, if I have chance, I want to work for the Vinh Crong company, not only for the high income but also I can contribute to environment and society. That’s all I want to say.
