A growing number of individuals today express concerns about whether employers should research the family background of employees before recruitment to ensure the benefits for their company. From my perspective, I believe that this situation is caused by various reasons, and it is a negative trend.
To begin that, it is clear to see that with the development era like nowadays, people easily be in dangerous situations due to the increase in crime. As a result, humans have a concern about the other family background to ensure their safety. Having the other history is one of the best ways to know what kind of this guy is in detail. Undoubtedly, with a greater livelihood, people usually be affected by their family and their identity with their relatives.
Although there are numerous reasons for this trend, it also has potential drawbacks. Firstly, researching someone’s background can be a time-consuming process and can be unproductive if there is no information available to judge the person. For more details, it is the fact that searching people’s background is an activity which takes a long time to complete. Additionally, family background alone cannot accurately judge a person’s personality. By the way of illustration, the person can be a kind person instead of breaking a law like their parent used to be. Research depicts that people just have a low ratio of ability being changed their personal by their family.
In conclusion, the trend of researching an individual’s family background is a controversial issue, and I believe it to be a negative trend due to its potential drawbacks and limitations.
