Okay, so even though I come from Indonesia, my family is Chinese, so my favorite cuisine must be Chinese food. One dish I can choose from Chinese cuisine is suckling pig. Suckling pig is really delicious, and most Chinese people like to eat it, especially during Chinese New Year. The taste of suckling pig is so good, sweet at the same time, and the meat is just so tender.
