No, I don't think all jobs are of equal importance in terms of pay. Some jobs require more thinking and cognitive skills, while others require more hard work and labor. While I believe that all jobs deserve the same respect, I don't think they should be given equal importance regarding pay. For example, a person managing a company's business has to do a lot of work, so they should be treated equally to an employee who has to perform a specific task for the company.
