do roads in your area need improvement?

I don't think roads in my area need improvement because the roads were constructed recently, so they are still well maintained and built. They do not have any potholes. However, I do think that the highways need improvement in my area because some sections are quite inadequate.

I don't think that the roads in my area need improvement because they are quite well put together and built, and therefore do not contain any potholes. However, I do think that the roads on main roads, such as the highway, do need improvement because some sections and areas of the road are totally inadequate.
