Well, although I'm passionate about my career, sometimes I'm tired due to some customers getting stressed or sometimes when I can't persuade a person for a new job. This situation feels like a failure for me. For example, in my job, the great part of every project is planning for the future. Companies should have a purpose, but they don't. I have to make a plan exactly for them.
