Last year I was on vacation at the coastal region of Kenya and I visited Malindi. Malindi is known for various tourist attractions and amusement parks. I visited I toured around the town itself and also explored various sites. The first day I went to the ocean. The ocean itself provided a very breathtaking scenery. I enjoyed looking at the blue waters and the sound of the moving waters calmed my mind. We went deep into the sea and we did snorkeling. I enjoyed looking at the fish, different types of fish, some with different colors, some just with one color and the coral reefs. This made me remember about biodiversity and how it helps in sustaining life. Secondly, the second day we went to the Vasco da Gama Pila. Vasco da Gama Pila is a historic site that someone actually should make sure they visit when they tour the coast. Other places that we went to were basically to the Hell’s Kitchen and St. John’s. The Mamburi Sundiuns. Mamburi Sundiuns is a unique site because it looks like a desert but it’s just by the sea. I live to remember this day up to now because the memories I created there are vividly fresh in my mind and it reminds me of the good times that I spent at the coastal region.
