To be a successful lawyer, it is essential to have several personal qualities. First and foremost are analytical skills because they have to interpret complex legal documents and analyze different cases. Second are communication skills. They have to articulate their ideas and discuss strong arguments while negotiating with clients and drafting legal documents. Next is ethics. They have to maintain confidentiality and uphold justice. Finally, patience and resilience are also important.
