At this diagram, manufacturing phases of the steel roads which are using furniture industry are shown step by step. Raw materials ended with final production at 11 steps. The first 4 steps explains the process of creating ingot. And the next 5 steps are explaining that how these ingots are getting perfect size. The last two steps are not for manufacturing but for the inspection.
First of all the raw materials which are iron ore, yellow ore, and carbon gathered together for next process. The next process is melting these raw materials in the melting slit at 1300-1500 temperature. Melted materials transfered to the smelting cabin for refinement process. And after these events ingots are produced with candescent metal at pouring machine.
At the second phase, the produced ingots begin to the cooling process. Ingots are connected to strand casting which is strands of cooled metal at 60-100 temperature and with that strand ingots are goes through nozzles. After that the ingots are taking into roller machine. and with the new size of ingots taking to heating machine for heat treatment. After the heating phase, ingots taking into measurement test at new shape. And this machine checks surfaces of ingots so the ingots are can be sized with cutter. After all of these steps, IDs are stamped to the ended production and manufactured item going to the inspection.
