I would like to talk about the change I made recently that has dramatically saved a lot of time by creating a structured daily routine. This happened around six months ago when I started feeling overwhelmed by juggling various tasks and responsibilities. I realized I was wasting a lot of time deciding what to do next rather than getting things done. To balance this, I began planning my day the night before. I would list all the tasks I needed to accomplish and set a timetable for each one, starting with the most important task in the morning when I have the most energy and concentration, such as reading and doing some exercise. I also set a small amount of time for my smaller tasks in the afternoon. This change has had a huge impact on my productivity. I no longer waste my time deciding what to do next or getting distracted by less important things.
