Today’s fast-paced world, the most university students should join in unpaid work, to engage in community services. I strongly support this statement as working in voluntary Jobs can enhance students’ social interactions and improve their skills.
Proponents of joining unpaid work highlight a strong social interaction and enhanced knowledge for university students. When students work in voluntary jobs, they can learn essential skills related to their jobs, especially communication, which are fundamental for their future success. As a result, participating voluntary work not only enhances social communication but also provides necessary skill need for their career growth. For example, in today’s job market, a lot of competitive work demands sociable and skillful employees, thereby providing more and more job opportunities. Therefore, joining voluntary job plays crucial role in gaining future success for university students.
However, some critics argue that participating unpaid works might not be beneficial for all students. They claim that students should work for well-paid jobs rather than voluntary ones. While this argument may seem reasonable, in reality, requesting for well-paid jobs is unimaginable without any diploma. More specifically, without qualification, most of students cannot be hired for important professions such as doctor, lawyer, and pilot, which means that they have to complete a work for voluntary organizations and gain necessary skill and communication level.
In conclusion, although reaching high salary works may seem attractive based on opponents’ perspective, I firmly believe that joining voluntary jobs fosters more opportunities for future success, especially hiring well-paid jobs.
