It is considered that discovering space should be given great attention by governments rather than other requirements of life. I completely disagree with this opinion and think that it is more essential to spend most of the money on developing the needs of life.
First of all, I believe that the matter of exploring space is not actually the job of governments. In other words, there are already some agencies that are doing their jobs pretty well in the attempts of a great number of countries, like NASA, which is an American corporation that has been designed mainly to gather information about space, if it is needed. For example, NASA has achieved a wide range of great results so far that no one else could. That’s why it is not that necessary to take more actions and put a lot of money into learning about space, while enough details are provided by what is on the top in this field.
Secondly, it really would not be right if governments keep funding most parts of the money in any way for the desire to know about space, forgoing the life on Earth. When society is limited by the problem of providing money for developing in some ways, such as education and healthcare, there will be potential causes for the downfall of society with no improvements in the future. For instance, as long as any part of a country is not filled up with medical and educational centers, it won’t end up with healthy individuals who are full of knowledge raised in that country. Because all young generations have been important for governments as they are the key to the success of its country.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that it is more important for governments to invest money on the needs of life than on financial exploration of space because there is already an alternative option, and it is much more useful for the future of its country.
