Overall, it is clear that men showed a dominant position for all three ages in this chart. In contrast, incidents of heart attacks among women were rare. The gap between two gender narrowed for those aged 65 and over.
The number of incidents of heart attacks among men was common. Initially, there were 123 per year for those aged 29–44. It showed a significant increase of 301 heart attacks per year among men aged 45–64. Although, this figure rose slightly to 16 cases per year among men aged 65 and over.
In terms of women, heart attacks were uncommon for those aged 29–44, there were only 3 cases per year. Despite this, for those aged 45–64, this figure was higher by 133 incidents per year. Moreover, those aged 65+ experienced more heart attacks (374 cases per year).
