At first, I thought about the advantages and disadvantages of both options. Staying in my previous job, Belissimo Pizzeria, would mean being my precious team. It was not easy. It was my stable job. So it was a time to make the switch. On the other hand, choosing a new work, the new opportunity offered me the growth and experience. I was nervous about the financial risk, so I analysed all the tips and considered the risk. After a lot of thinking, I decided to work in New York, the Mino Pizzeria, which turned out to be the right choice. That decision changed my life in so many ways. Firstly, I meet people like my previous job. Moreover, my salary is more than in my old job also. I feel fulfilled and challenged in a way that I never did in my previous job. The year has been many ups and downs, but I have never regretted my decision. I am close to get promoted at work. I can work in foreign countries also because I work in a multinational company with many branches around the world. Without that decision, I feel I wouldn’t be as successful as I am now. So I believe it was one of the sign-facant decisions I have ever made and I will always be grateful for it.
