It is often contented whether young individuals could have a good plan for their future or not. For instance, they could choose where they are going to live. Me, for example, I’ve chosen to live with my parents and then move with my husband when get married. However, other individuals may prefer to live on their own by themselves for more privacy. Furthermore, they could decide what work they’re going to do on the future based on their preferences and their skills. They choose their own subject and work field. They could excel best in it. Doing what they love and what they are passionate about would help them reach their potential and staying motivated. Furthermore, they could choose their friendships and build a strong friendship with other individuals. If they have chosen correctly and wisely, they could earn a very useful friendship that will help them improve their mental health and communication skills and other interpersonal skills. However, if they chose the wrong person, it may have subsequent negative impact and influences on them which might affect their mental health and mental well-being. Furthermore, it may escalate to have psychological issues so they might be very conscious when choosing who they are going to be friends with. They could even get advice from a parent which is more wise and have a background about the topic.
