If I had to choose one foreign country to visit, it would actually be a combination of two. The United States for academic ambitions and Japan for cultural enrichment was represented very different, but equally important parts of my life. The US is my top choice because of its role, role in its universities, particularly Ivy League. I’m drawing to the cutting-age research facilities and opportunities for innovation there. For instance, universities like MIT and Gaward offer not only rigorous academics, but networking with global leaders which align perfectly with my long-term career goals. On the other hand, Japan fascinates me as a travel destination. Beyond its advanced technology and efficient infrastructure, I am deeply interested in its cultural heritage. I would love to visit kyotas, temples, ancient temples, experience a traditional tea ceremony, and explore Tokyo’s blend of modernity and tradition like digital art museums alongside ancient shrines. The cuisine from sushi to ramyon is another major draw. While the US represents my academic aspiration, Japan symbolizes personal growth through cultural exposure. I believe traveling there would teach me values like discipline and mindfulness which complement my academic journey. Ultimately, these two countries reflect my dual goals excellence in academics, education, and broadening world view. Visiting both would be a dream come true.
