This year’s one of my New Year resolutions is to start working out seriously. So I joined this gym. However, it was my first time in a professional gym and it wasn’t familiar with the equipment or how to structure my workout routine. I felt a bit overwhelmed at first. Luckily, I met Pee Kong, a personal trainer who worked there. Instead of just giving me some basic instruction, he took the time to ask about my fitness goals and design a personal light workout plan. He even told me to correct the correct form for different exercise, ensuring I wouldn’t get injured. Not only that, but he was also extremely patient and encouraging, which made me feel much more comfortable and motivated to continue working out. Because of this experience, I ended up going to the gym regularly and actually started enjoying it. It also made me realize the importance of excellent customers of it. When someone goes the extra mile to make you feel value, it’s completely changed your experience. So looking back, I’m really grateful for his help. And I would definitely say this was one of the based customer service experiences I ever had.
