Other humans consider there are benefits if society has more aged people. I personally think that the advantages of this tendency outweigh the disadvantages for some reasons.
First of all, an elder generation of people is very beneficial for younger ones, because older adults are more experienced than young adults. Their advice can be much more useful than someone’s opinion. As an example, the position of an older generation is mostly highly respected, such as Bill Gates, who is known as the founder of the Microsoft company, and for the youth he is an idol for them, and there are lots of aged people which are giving benefits not only for humans but also for governments though.
In contrast, there are some drawbacks for governments. While people grow, their health is getting uncomfortable. Individuals who are aged more than sixty-five should be retired, but in governments it is not working like that, and it can damage the situation of the country. In my opinion, the older community teach our youth perfectly, and protects our children from violence and sexual abuse. Furthermore, high proportion of elder community is increasing the population of country and dependent on their children.
