    The two diagrams provide information about the alterations that occurred at Beechwood Farm from 1950 to the present day. With labels and pictures, both maps include several man-made features located on the land.

    Looking from an overall perspective, it can be observed that the area became much more urbanized with the addition of commercial facilities and new transport infrastructure.

    Looking at the details, In the north-western part of the farm underwent noticeable transformation. Moreover, sheep were cleared to make way for several amenities, such as solar panels were installed, camping  field was added to cater to more individuals, and car park facilities were incorporated into the farm. Furthermore, new road network was constructed to improve connectivity of each side of the farm. On the other hand, regarding the southern area of the map, vegetables and soft fruits remained unchanged throughout the period, while a new farm shop now occupies a small section of the fruit tree area. In addition, the barn was relocated to the lower section of the farm and downsized, while its original location was taken over by holiday cottages. Meanwhile, the position of the farmhouse and chickens remained constant.

    In the past, Beechwood Farm had most of its land utilized for just sheep grazing; however, at the present moment, the land has been converted to a camping field with solar panels for electricity. Furthermore, there are two areas allocated on the west and on the east side of the camping field for parking cars, making it convenient for campers.

    Just below the main road, right above the farmhouse, there are holiday cottages built as well, and the barn that used to be there in the 1950s in place of it has been shifted and rebuilt right next to the farmhouse. People have set up a farm shop as well for selling farm products, and most importantly, the track has been upgraded to an actual road now.

    In addition to that, the holiday cottages for tourists replaced the barn on the eastern side, with its relocation at the triangular junction of the road. The farmhouse and chickens on the southeastern side remained unchanged. Furthermore, the river that bordered the farmland on the southern side also remained unchanged.

    Overall, the farm site has undergone considerable development, with several new facilities being added.

    In 1950, it can be seen that there was a huge pasture for sheep on the territory, which was located in the northeastern part of the farm. The track that separated the sheep pasture and gardens was paved parallel to the river. There was a garden which contained fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables standing close to each other. In the lower right corner of the farm, there were a barn, farmhouse, and a chicken pen constructed in a row.

    Today, it should be noticed that the pasture was replaced by a place for solar panels, a camping field, and two car parks on the north and east sides; also, there is a grown tree among them in the middle. The farm shop was added, sharing a garden with the fruit trees. The track became a new road and connected a new barn, which was added near the chicken pen, and the outdated one was converted into holiday cottages.
