And another thing is the historical events that happened in the past. For example when nations had to unite in order to face some challenges and thus the culture, the different cultures just joined one and eventually it reforms into something that represents both nations. And lastly different values and faith that each person has can affect the culture itself when someone introduces it. It can also become a part of their culture if the rest of the people find it. If the rest of the people build a faith in it.
