Hi, my name is Mi. Currently, I'm working as a Community Operation Specialist. My job involves interview reporting, content moderation, and responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy. I moved to Bangkok to do this job about a year ago, and I quite love it simply because it's a well-paid position and helps me learn a lot. Besides, doing this job makes me feel like I am protecting people from violence and harmful content, making social networks safer. However, there is something about this job I don't like. It has a night shift, but in the end, having a job at this time is a blessing, and I feel grateful for it.
