If I were experiencing a conflict with one of my teammates, I would like as a first step to address the issue directly and promptly. I think most of the challenges arise in workplace, arise from miscommunication and lack of collaboration between teammates. I prefer to find common grounds and focus on them rather than insisting on our personal differences. For example, in my previous role, my colleague and I had different ideas about component selection for a power converter design. Instead, we try to listen to each other’s perspective and find a compromise solution to benefit both sides. I am constantly aiming to turn conflict into valuable opportunities for a better collaboration. I am looking to find a compromise solution to benefit both sides. Another point I should mention is that there are different points of view about component selection and different priorities, one based on efficiency versus cost constraints. Thank you.
