I think in today's day and age, young people face a lot of challenges, but one of the main challenges is securing a good future and a stable job. Job applicants today tend to fluctuate and lose jobs very easily because of small mistakes. People often become unemployed and find it difficult to get back into a job they desire. I think young people handle difficult and challenging tasks by understanding what the task means and how they can find a way to address it. It depends on the person and the task. Some people seek advice from others who have already accomplished the task, and they tend to follow the same path that these individuals took.
