One day, a student came to me and asked me about it. It is one of the most important procedures that we should practice with our students. I noticed that this girl was knowledgeable, so I could not refuse her request. I informed my staff about this. After that, I started demonstrating this procedure to my colleague. First of all, I collected appropriate instruments like syringes, tubes, and all other turnings, etc. Then, I demonstrated each and every single procedure with appropriate actions to my colleague. However, at last, she collected a suitable sample according to the rules and regulations. That day, I was appreciated by my senior nursing staff, and after seeing the final outcome, I felt a humble pleasure about myself in this application session. Normally, I try my best to teach something special to my colleagues as well as my junior nurses when I am working at my hospital.
