Generally, I am not a punctual person. There are a couple of reasons. After my graduation, I didn't involve myself in any routine or specific job; rather, I am doing some research work with affiliations like Qatar University. During my research work, I don't have any timeline. I just need to meet twice a week, and for the rest of the days, I can work from home. There are some disadvantages when you are working from home because there is no routine; it's up to you whenever you are free.
