As students work together in different separate groups, for example, in every group there are four students and all are mixed. One of them is strong, one of them is weak. Such kind of students gather in one group and while asking and answering questions related to the topic, strong ones help weak students to answer the question and correct him or her. And while they learn, while they understand each other better, they can understand each other better and they can support each other in a friendly way because they are in the same boat so that it’s better to explain student and student evaluation. Some students are very shy. He or she cannot express himself or herself better while in front of the class or to answer teacher’s question but while playing with their peers, they feel free and they can easily speak and express himself. And according to the student’s point, their peers, their friends can help to learn better and to fulfill their weak points.
