I recently discovered a book called Power of Now It’s actually a non fictional book. It contained about the spiritual lithy of a person. It’s talked about Buddha and Christ and how they uh, survive in their journey, and it help people to increase their productivity and embrace spirituality. It’s about being in the present rather than thinking about future or past because we can’t control these two aspects in our life, we only can control present. Uh, it’s really good for people like myself because I am, uh, over thinker. And this helped them to control, uh, anxiety and depression, which goes through overthinking. And this book tells you that you have to separate your thought from yourself and take under your control because otherwise, it’s gonna take you over and it’s gonna control you your whole life. And then you have to think about everything very hard and you are not gonna succeed in your life because you are a overthinker. So this is the major, uh, content about this book. And that’s why I really like. It really guide me to become more productivity and and give up on overthinking.
