Personally, I think both are important in someone's reputation. However, I believe behavior and character play a crucial role rather than skills. For example, if someone shows generosity, modesty, and selflessness, people view them as approachable and cheerful, and they also find them trustworthy. On the other hand, if someone behaves cowardly, recklessly, thoughtlessly, and indecisively in their work, people cannot trust them because they find them lacking in confidence and skills. So overall, I think both are important in shaping a person's reputation.
