First of all it happened I bought this laptop from the Google company and it was quite popular at that time. It was a talk of two years ago and when I just start a reading it and I found some glitches on it after the fifth month five months of it then I and also it started overheating and then I just tell the company and call them and also file a complaint against them. They just told us that we need to fix it we need to get it to a company so they fix it in two months that was a long period of time because at that point I was not able to focus on my studies as well as I was not able to do my assignments on the time and it had the grantee of two years so they didn’t take charges from it so when I got my laptop back it was a very on the top moment for me because this was such a valuable item for me at that time which was quite beneficial for me in my studies as well as in my academics other than that this was a time when the complaint made by me come out fruitful for me because they just gave me an incentive for this and they just tell the story with whatever they have done and when they cracked the glitches and they gave us a laptop back so it was a time when I complained a file against a company and it was a successful
