So, I think that the money used on the arts could be used to spend on other aspects, other services such as healthcare and medicine and education. When healthcare is being subsidized enough by the government, this will lead to a more functional society than a society without medicine but with art. Adding to that, the structure could be modernized, which is a form of art in and of itself. It would be an efficient way to deal with the flowing income. Moreover, it would attract tourists from around the world and provide better quality of life to people in the area. All in all, I believe that money that is spent on the arts could be better spent elsewhere, on different services like healthcare and education, and modernizing infrastructure.
