A few years ago, I went on a long weekend to Samarkand, and I stayed at the Yod Hotel and met really nice people. I was really excited about the place because it was breathtaking, and there was a fresh atmosphere. The picturesque villages were really pretty, and I think the shops were full of local crafts. The local people were really nice and friendly too. Actually, I went out of season to avoid the crowds of tourists because it's a really popular destination in Uzbekistan. I was excited because I wanted to get away from it all; I was really tired and exhausted after working overtime and studying. That's why I needed to relax, and it was really beneficial for my mental health as it increased my motivation to work and study again. I think this place is for everyone because it's really exciting and relaxing.
