Additionally, in these kind of natural places, I can do cycling more actively and it helps me to chill out. As I can remember, when I was a child, I used to ride my bicycle near my neighborhood with my peers, we had so much fun and pleasure, but nowadays because I have a hectic life and I’m pressed for time, I cannot dedicate sufficient time to doing such kind of things. I can do self activities, but at the weekends or holidays, I tend to do some yoga and the other exercise and if I have a chance to add cycling in my routine, it would be really fantabulous for me because in that way I can stay in shape and fit and lead a healthy life style. And cycling is a kind of environmentally friendly action, so if I can ride my bike to my workplace, it would be really eco-friendly and I can do my best to protect my environment and climate. Because of the recent crisis we faced when it comes to climate and environmental disasters, it would be really beneficial for any aspects of my life.
