Well, one book that truly changed the way I think is Atomic Habits by James Glare. The book was discussed about how small steps lead to big progress. If we do it consistent, and James Glare said in his book, he said that progress is not coming with big, dramatic stop. It’s coming with small step that we keep doing every day even it’s just 1%. I decided to read this book because I’m struggling to keep up my motivation when I try to build a new habit. It’s just like exercise or just study every day. Many friends recommended these books to me and I’m curious about it. After I read this book I thought that to be succeed people have to have a strong motivated, motivated, motivated, and have to incredibly discipline. I always blame myself if I get failure to keep up my good habits and I thought the problem is just the character and what I want but after I read this book my perspective was changed completely changed and I realized that failure is not make my character weak, trying to be weak. It’s just because the wrong system. This… yes, yes.
