I would like to talk about a book that really influenced my life. It’s called Atomic Habits, read by James Clear. I read this book about a year ago. When I felt unmotivated and struggle with preparing for exams, especially in my maths and English exams, the book focuses on the small habits, the power of small habits and explains how tiny changes. If this kind of small habits, repeated consistently, can lead to remarkable changes in our life instead of just encouraging to the bigos, the author suggests also improving just 1% each day. He also explains how habits are reformed and how M.R.M. plays a crucial role in shaping our behavior. And now, what impressed us in this book? For example, the author shares a powerful personal experience. When he was a teenager, he was playing in a baseball team. During the game, he was hit by a baseball bat, which caused serious injury and long-term recovery process. During this time he realized that small and consistent improvements were more effective than trying to recover quickly. Then this experience later inspired to him the habit building system and explained in the book which shows how tiny daily actions can lead to long term changes.
