I am a person who is very fond of reading books. If you ask me about a book that had a significant impact on my life, I would love to say about a movie, a book named The Alchemist by Paulo Gordo. It is a story about an Indian chamber named Santi Albao who dreams of finding a hidden treasure in Egypt. What dreams inspired me is the core message of the book. To follow your dreams and never give up, no matter how many obstacles you face, the book beautifully portrays that when you truly want something the whole universe helps you to achieve it. It may be realized that I should listen to my heart and be brave enough to chase my goals, even when the path seems uncertain. Also, the book teaches valuable life lessons about patience, self-discovery and trust in joy. It gave me hope during that time when I was confused about my future and it still reminds me to stay positive and believe in myself. I came to know about a book through a very good friend of mine named Nia who is actually a born reader and I read this book when I was in my high school. When I was so dubious about my career and my future, it completely inspired me and it kept me motivated for a very long time. It has affected me in a lot of numerous ways, mainly it kept me awake about my future and helped me realize the value of time and inspired me on how things work. The most impactful thing about the book is how the book makes us feel after the reading. Despite it being just a book, it is a thing that is a mental therapy for me. As soon as I read that book, I was completely hopeful, motivated and it kept me patient and helped me to discover myself.
