And, uh, I vividly remember that when I was in class 10th, at that time, uh, I got a novel from my brother who is currently in Canada from last 3 years. He gave me the book as my birthday present. And when I opened the present, firstly, I didn’t I was not happy that I got a good visa as a book, but then my mother told me that I should read it. And when I start reading it, uh, it was quite interesting, and it was, uh, related to Hindu mythology. This was this book was hold related to Hindu mythology and spirituality. Um, and this book has a has a great impact on me. Earlier, I was not able to figure out positive things in the situation, but after reading the book, my approach gets changed, and I am now able to look for positive things in every situation. And, this change is only because of reading this book. And after completion of this book, I again read that book because it was, uh, uh, I heard somewhere that every time when per when a person reads Bhagavad Gita, he or she gets to know about something new, So this was the reason why I read it another time. And when I read it another time, it was a kind of miracle that I was having a problem of overthinking, but after reading this book, I was able to solve that problem, uh, because the overthinking was very well explained in this book. And I have advised many people even my friends who are suffering from mental disorders or traumas, I have suggested them to read this book because this book is a really, really great book.
