So I am not a person who loves reading books but I sometimes do. But recently when I was not doing anything I mean I was jobless at that time. My wife suggested me a book named the Thousand of Splendid Sun which was written by Khalid Dawuddin. So the book is about the life of people living in Afghanistan. So the writer has explained the lifestyle of Afghanistan people before and after the war. I mean it is mentioned that life of people in Afghanistan has drastically changed during the time of Taliban and after America take over during the time of Taliban. The people are so people are living in fear. There is no freedom especially for women. I mean they don’t have any choice. They can’t go out without any mail of their family. They can’t do make-ups and they can’t go to shopping and all. It seems the lives of women are so miserable back then. And after America take over in 2001 Afghanistan become more like a democratic country. After that everyone enjoyed the freedom and like for 20 years Afghanistan was under the control of US army. Then again as soon as they lived in 2022 Taliban came over and took the charges of the country and again they can go back to the same situation like before. I really enjoyed reading this book because like I’m a person who love exploring different things different different things happening around the world. I love to know about the geopolitics and also I really enjoyed reading this book.
