Band 6+: Describe a book you have recently read.

Well, my recently book that I read is what has nobody told me this before. I chose this book because I saw it in the internet and I see the recommendation books. So I would like to try some psychology books to improve my critical thinking or solve my struggle problem that I face to the past situation. And I realized that it really helped me in a positive way because I learned a lot about how to improve my mindset and how to solve that problem that I can find way out. So it really helped me and I but for now I didn’t I don’t read it finished yet but it not finished yet. So I would like to go back to my home and continue reading. I would like to spend my time mostly to reading this book because I would like to preparing in advance for my master degree in health psychology. So it would be good if I preparing this one in advance first.
