One of the biggest challenges I have ever made, I have ever visited was quite in social media. I was spending hours scrolling through posters, watching videos and chatting with friends. At first it was just for fun but old time and I released it and I released it said I was spending much more time and getting distracted from my studies so I decided to give up social media because I wanted to focus on self-improvement and my education. So at first it was really difficult for me because I had gotten used to checking my phone every few minutes. However I made a plan to stay busy with productive activities. I started reading books, practicing my English and spending much more time with my family. After a few weeks I noticed a huge difference in my life. I felt more focused and productive. I had more time to study and I was sleeping better. I wasn’t using my phone late at night and this challenge taught me importance of time management and self-discipline. So now I use my phone and I am more present in my life. Looking back I can say that quite in social media
