It helps me to focus on my truly matters and also stay overnight. Every night before going to bed, I wild out some activities I need to do on the next day. I use an application on my phone which helps me to carry and edit. At first because I was very lazy so I found it was difficult for me to make a habit. But after a few weeks, it became a routine and now I feel very uncomfortable if I do not prepare a list. This simple habit helps me to stay more organized, productive, safe things by time and also reducing stress.
