A while back I went to see a show called Kecak Dance in Bali. I watched it during our honeymoon so I visited there with my husband in Uluwatu temple, a stunning seaside around the top of the cliff. The performance was amazing because it’s located in the outdoor cliff while we can see the sunset during the performance. Actually this dance is very unique because it doesn’t use any musical instruments. Instead of a group of men like 50 men and they only sound like chak chak chak with the regular rhythm that makes the audience more in-charge. On top of that they also wear traditional costume, black and white sarong and they deliver some gestures that makes more magical when we saw the performance. On the other hand, the story tells about Epic Hindu, the focus on the prince of Rama and his wife Sinta and also the monkey god Hanuman. In my opinion I really enjoy this show because it gives me different experiences and vibes I never seen before. I feel really in-charge with the performance because I feel involved in the Balinese culture that nowadays has been passed down in our generation. So definitely I would recommend this show to my friends or college if you visit Bali.
