So I called the waiter, uh, immediately and told them then they did not give any reaction. After that, I complained to the hotel manager. They felt sad and apologized us uh, apart from it, they also promised to be with us to maintain their service as well as staff members, I finally become satisfied from their decision. All in all, this was the complaint that I made and uh, become satisfied with the result.
